1) Professional Instruction

All of our coaches have played softball at a high level. We have experience at the Division 1, 2, 3 level as well as JUCO. It is our job to help young athletes excel in life and in sport and we spend time developing drills and practice plans to help our athletes succeed.

2) "It's more than just softball"

Of course we want to win, but we won't jeopardize our character to do so. We teach our players self discipline, focus, organization and giving back.

We treat other teams, umpires and fans with respect. We have collected money for the Donna Foundation and ran a food drive for BEAM Jax Beach. 

We want to build a complete female and pride ourselves on #buildingfemaleleaders.

3) Skill Nights

One practice a week is built to help players hone position specific skills that help them excel in games. We break down our skill nights into small parts of the game so that the players can practice a few skills and feel accomplished.

5) The Mental Game

Our coaches are female leaders who attribute their success to being student athletes. We use goal setting, personal experience, videos, books, and various other tools to help our athletes reach their full potential on and off the field.
